✓ Voloshin and Zurabyan have a business partnership through E21 with Emmanuel Grinshpun, a businessman of dubious reputation involved in the Landromat – Moldovan laundry case.
✓ Pavel Voloshin and Armen Zurabyan and their families own extensive property in Russia (a lot of it is registered to their wives and other relatives – see tab) – Mercedes, Maybachs, Bentleys, land plots, huge houses… They do business in Russia and at the same time have a number of operating companies in Ukraine (Smart One Global LLC, Smart OneEngineering LLC, Smart One Fintech LLC, Smart One Ukraine LLC and Smart OneService LLC).
✓ Today Voloshin and Zurabyan pretend to be ‘European businessmen’, have foreign citizenship and residence permits in Europe, while their company Oysters LLC is licensed by the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control for activities on technical protection of confidential information, thanks to which they produce push-button telephones for special communications of the Russian special services.
✓ Voloshin and Zurabyan tried to hide their business by registering the company in nominees and confusing the tracks. But it is not secret that their company E21 has Oysters in its orbit of interests.
